Garlic Honey Butter Sauce

The Garlic Honey Butter Sauce is easy to make, can be done in a jiffy. And can be paired with bread, seafood, chicken or vegetables. 


  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice (or 1 tablespoon white vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
  • salt to taste


Combine all - butter, honey, and garlic (cayenne pepper, if using) into a small saucepan over low heat until the honey and butter have melted, whisking slowly. Then add lemon juice and season with salt to taste. Take off heat and enjoy!
