Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp thyme, chopped finely
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direction
Mix all except the olive oil together in a bowl. Whisk the lemon juice with the lemon zest, honey and thyme. Then whisk in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
