Ingredients
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsps apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced finely
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direction
Combine all the ingredients and whisk together in a bowl till they are finely blended.
Use the dressing for salads or marination.
